If your pool is damaged during delivery by Outback or our delivery partners, let us know as soon as possible, and no later than one month after you notice it. In most cases scratches and dints to the shell can be repaired on site, with the repair method decided by Outback. Damage caused during installation or site works, or by transport, lifting or moving not done by or for Outback, isn’t covered by the warranty.
What materials are used for the liner, and are they UV-resistant?
The liner is made of durable vinyl material and is UV-resistant to ensure longevity under sun exposure.
