Warranty periods depend on your model and start on the day your pool is delivered.
Classic: 15-year structural warranty on the pool shell. The liner has the manufacturer’s pro-rata warranty against defects: 18 years with the Cruise or Smart equipment system supplied by Outback, or 12 years with the Base system or your own equipment. Fittings, insulation and foam bench material are covered for 3 years.
Lite: 10-year structural warranty on the pool shell. The liner has the manufacturer’s pro-rata warranty against defects: 8 years when all equipment is supplied by Outback, or 6 years with your own equipment. Fittings and insulation are covered for 3 years.
All models: pre-plumbed pipework and fittings are covered for 3 years. Pumps, filters, heaters, sanitisers and other equipment are covered by their own manufacturer warranties (some up to 10 years), and we’ll help you make a claim.
This warranty doesn’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
