Yes, OUTBACK Plunge Pools are compatible with saltwater chlorination. However, we recommend using magnesium salts for a more luxurious swimming experience. For optimal performance, choose the Cruise and Smart system, which includes an added UV sanitiser for a low-chlorine experience. Note: Saltwater systems generate chlorine through electrolysis, which can accelerate wear on pool components over time. The UV sanitiser included with the Cruise and Smart system reduces the need for chlorine by 80-90%, significantly reducing wear and tear on pool components.
Is there an overflow?
Yes, the pool shell includes an overflow outlet. This is an optional component should you rewuire it to help manage excess water during heavy rain
