How hot can you heat the pool too?

Essentially to 38°. However achieving this is very dependent on factors such as ambient air temperature, cover, location of Equipment.

Do the walls get slimy or slippery?

Our internal lining by design is non slip. However, with a fibreglass or concrete pool poor chemistry management, namely pH can make the walls and floors slightly slippery.

Does your pool have a skimmer?

Yes, our pools include an oil and particle skimmer as part of the standard design. The skimmer helps to remove debris from the surface of the water, maintaining a clean swimming environment.

How much lower is the water from the top?

The water level is typically maintained 100-150mm below the top of the pool to ensure optimal skimmer operation and prevent overflow during use or heavy rainfall.

Is there an overflow?

Yes, the pool shell includes an overflow outlet. This is an optional component should you rewuire it to help manage excess water during heavy rain or high bather loads.

Does water get behind the liner?

Not normally. The liner is securely sealed to prevent water from getting behind it. Proper installation and maintenance are key to ensuring it remains watertight. However, moisture, such as condensation, can occasionally develop behind the liner and may need to be drained periodically.

Do you offer regular servicing plans for the pool?

We do not provide in-house servicing plans, but we can recommend certified service providers in your area. Regular servicing ensures your pool system operates efficiently and prolongs the lifespan of its components. Warranty repairs must be done by an Outback-authorised person. Repairs by anyone else can void part or all of the warranty.
