Do I need a crane?

Rarely. In about 1 out of 100 deliveries, a crane is needed. Most pools can be delivered via pathways, through carports, or down neighboring properties and over fences without requiring a crane. If a crane is necessary due to site conditions, we will inform you in advance and provide guidance on arrangements. Note: the largest pool shell we offer weighs no more than 180kg.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the size and logistics involved in transporting our pools, we currently only deliver within Australia.

How long does the pool take to make?

Our lead time is typically 10-12 weeks. However, high demand during peak seasons may extend the timeline. All orders are scheduled on a first-in basis,

Where do you deliver?

Our pools are delivered across Australia! We are proudly Australian-made and deliver directly to all states except the Northern Territory.
