Unlike traditional concrete or fibreglass pools that take weeks to install, an Outback plunge pool can be placed, connected and filled in hours. As a prebuilt pool, a building permit for the pool itself may not be required, though safety barriers are generally needed and must comply with AS1926.1-2012. We recommend checking with your local council or certifier in QLD.
